We offer different types of safes, including:- Fire-resistant safes, hotel safes, hotel safes (with RFID card), home safes, and office safes.

How do I open a locker for the first time?

For the first time, you'll need to use the key to unlock the locker since the keys are kept outside.

How to insert batteries in the locker?

To insert batteries in the locker, you'll need to open the locker door and locate the battery box on the back panel. Remove the cover, insert 1.5V AA Alkaline batteries (4 in total), and then put the cover back on.

I have forgotten my password, how do I open the locker?

If you've forgotten your user password, you have two options: you can use the master password or emergency key to open the locker.

Can I install this locker on a wall or wardrobe, or both?

Our lockers have pre-drilled holes and fasteners for easier installation.

Yes, you can change it.

How do I clean the panel and the interiors of the locker?

A damp cloth can be used to wipe the surface. Avoid using any liquid to clean the panel/touchpad. Use a soft brush to clean the interiors of the locker from time to time.

What is the difference between the fire warrior safe and other safes?

Fire warrior lockers are double-walled and heavy-weight whereas non-fire lockers single-walled.

Does Ozone provide any certification with its fire safes?

The Ozone fire safe has been tested and certified by UL (Underwriters' Laboratories- an American standard) and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards).
